Returns Policy
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service service@fu-design.com immediately. 

To ensure the safe and correct return of your items, please follow the guidelines below:

1. You must request a return within three days after you receive our products.
2. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged or defective. 
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. The item returned must be in its original packaging.

Please describe the reason for your return, your original order number, your name, address, e-mail and phone number in email. Our Customer Service email is service@fu-design.com. 

We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further information on how and where to ship the items. 

We only accept returns after prior contact with us. Please note that items that are returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be refunded.
