Shipping fee is $7.45 flat rate, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout. Free shipping on domestic order over $100, and no code is needed. Order shipped via Priority Mail during Business hours from Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service email@example.com immediately.
To ensure the safe and correct return of your items, please follow the guidelines below:
1. You must request a return within three days after you receive our products.
2. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged or defective.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. The item returned must be in its original packaging.

We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further information on how and where to ship the items.
We only accept returns after prior contact with us. Please note that items that are returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be refunded.
